What app eats up most of your screen time — and do you even feel bad about it?
If I’m being honest, my phone screen time report hits me like a mirror I didn’t ask for.
TikTok, Facebook, Twitter (X), and Instagram these four apps quietly own most of my day. The endless scrolls, the motivational clips that hit different at 2 a.m., the quick laughs, the sports highlights, the community… they’ve become more than just apps. They’re part of me now.
Some mornings I open the screen time report and feel that small sting of guilt. Hours gone. But then I remember this is where my journey lives. This is where I create, connect, inspire, and grow the Nonnyglo family. These platforms gave me the space to share the wolf hunger, the daily discipline, the small efforts that compound into real change.
Do I feel bad? Not really. Not anymore.
Because what started as mindless scrolling has turned into purpose. Every video I post, every comment I reply to, every connection I make… it’s fuel. It’s part of my story. Yes, I’m working on balance setting limits, being more present with the people around me but I refuse to shame myself for the tools that helped shape who I am becoming.
If your screen time looks like mine, I see you. You’re not wasting time. You’re building something. Just make sure the apps serve your dreams instead of stealing them.
